Cool hats are fantastics

by Rose
(Philadephia)

Hi, thanks a lot for this very informative website. It has been of great help and assistance to me and my family.

Here is my grain of salt to contribute with your site:

I have been living with MS for over 10 years and since about 3 years I started to place ice bags or just crushed ice on a towel over my head during the hotter times of the day and I found a lot of relief when doing so.

Since we lose a great deal of our bodies warmth thru our heads, I figured we probably could lower my body’s temperature thru our heads also so that’s how I came up with the idea of putting cold things on my head to see if I felt better from the hot and MS.

I read all the things you mentioned on the use of cooling vests and I am going to try and get one of the Steele cooling vests you talked about on the site. If it helps me like putting the ice bags over my head I would be trilled.

I am also hoping that with the cooling vest I would not get soaked as much any more. LOL.

Thanks again for all the wonderful information and I will definitely come back frequently to your site.

Rose from Philadelphia

Dear Rose, thank you very much for your tip. I believe it is a very helpful one and I can tell you that you will not regret getting a Steele cooling vest.

Best of luck and be well,

Alex
